Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery Time

We use EMS Express Courier Service, which typically delivers orders within 5 to 10 business days from the date of shipment.

Please note:

The estimated delivery timeframe is based on when your order leaves our warehouse, not from the date of purchase.

While we work hard to ensure prompt delivery, we do not have full control over shipping delays once the package is with the courier. However, the Zexishangmao team will stay in direct contact with you throughout the process to provide updates on your order status.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed through our website are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. A standard processing time of 1-2 business days applies to all orders before they are shipped.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

Delivery Information

Delivery Schedule: Orders are delivered Monday to Friday during business hours. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the nominated shipping address during these hours.

Delivery Address: We only deliver to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address details before completing your purchase. If you realize there is an error, contact us immediately. However, once your order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
